Enrollment

How do I sign up for a class? Simply find your required class on our Courses page and click the "Enroll" button. This will take you to our secure registration form.
 

When do I pay for the course? Payment is required immediately after you submit your registration form. Your enrollment is finalized and course access is granted once payment has been successfully processed.
 

 How do I access my online class after I pay? You will receive a welcome email with a unique link for our online learning platform.
 

What if I need help with the registration process? We are here to support you! Call us at (214) 298-5778 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM CDT), and we'll be happy to walk you through it.

Payment

Secure Payment Information

To finalize your enrollment, please submit your payment using one of our secure and approved methods. We are committed to making this process as easy as possible for you.
 

Accepted Payment Methods:

  1. Money Order or Cashier's Check: Please make payable to "JAMM Pathways LLC" and mail to our office address.

  2. Venmo: Send your payment to our official Venmo account: @Marcella-Smith-5

  3. Cash App: Send your payment via Cash App to our cashtag: $MarcellaSmith5

  4. Zelle: 214-298-5778
     

A Note on Security: To protect your funds, we cannot accept cash payments sent through the mail. Please choose one of the secure options listed above. If you need assistance or have questions about your payment, please contact our office.

Certificates of completion

How do I get my certificate once I'm done? Once you finish your course, we will email your official certificate directly to you.
 

How long does it take? You will receive your certificate by email within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday).
 

Will the court accept this certificate? Yes. Our certificates are designed to meet court requirements.
 

Is there an extra cost for the certificate? No. The fee for your electronic Certificate of Completion is included in the initial course price.
 

What if I lose my certificate and need another copy? We keep a record of your completion. Simply contact our office, and we can re-issue a copy of your certificate for a small administrative fee.
